Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to commute to the Irvine office.
• Experience in a call center environment and multi-channel support.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and partners, providing professional, solution-focused support.
• Respond via phone, email, and chat while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve product or service issues.
• Document all interactions in the CRM (HubSpot).
• Upsell products and services based on customer needs where appropriate.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services and policies.
• Uphold customer satisfaction and contribute to team performance goals.
