Job summary

Elevation Connect is seeking a Consumer Support Representative (Bilingual English & Canadian French) for work-from-home in the United States. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and other channels, document issues accurately, and escalate as needed to meet client expectations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of contact center experience, and fluency in English and Canadian French.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Fluency in English and Canadian French (verbal and written).
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and chat.
• Time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Make each consumer experience better through thoughtful engagement.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, voicemail, letter, text, and other channels.
• Document and elevate consumer affairs contacts following SOPs and SLAs.
• Meet or exceed KPIs for cases and live calls per day with quality.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and knowledge of client products.
