Elevation Connect is seeking a Consumer Support Representative to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. You will assist customers via phone, email, and other channels, document interactions accurately, and escalate issues per client SOPs to ensure timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a contact center, is fluent in English and Canadian French, and is detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Fluency in English and Canadian French (verbal and written).
• Minimum of 2 years of Contact Center experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to handle changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Answer and document consumer inquiries via phone, email, voicemail, text, and other channels.
• Escalate cases to appropriate parties as needed to complete a resolution.
• Meet or exceed KPIs for cases per day, live calls per day, and quality score.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SOPs, documents, and processes for clients.
• Ensure all consumer contacts are answered in accordance with SOPs and SLAs.
