Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of recruiting experience in construction or related field-based roles.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with professional communication skills in both languages.
• Proven success sourcing and attracting hard-to-find construction and trades talent.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing environment.
• Comfortable working 100% in-office in San Antonio, with ability to travel occasionally for training and off-site hiring events.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of skilled trades and construction roles.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using diverse recruiting channels including job boards, networking, and social media.
• Partner with hiring managers to prioritize openings and deliver qualified candidates efficiently.
• Conduct candidate outreach and interviews bilingually to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruiting metrics and meet established hiring goals consistently.

Construction Recruiter Requirements & Qualifications
