Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs.
• Source candidates using various recruitment tools.
• Attend career fairs and outreach activities.
• Build talent pipelines through high schools, trade schools, colleges, and ISDs
• Serve as the primary contact for the High School Internship Program
• Attend career fairs, trade events, school events, and community outreach activities
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using standardized criteria
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with management teams
• Extend offers of employment and negotiate hourly wages for non-leadership roles
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruiting data
• Stay current on recruiting trends and sourcing best practices

Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) with experience in construction or skilled trades recruiting to support our growing field and office teams. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, community outreach, and management of our High School Internship Program.

This position requires someone who is comfortable working in the field, attending jobsites and career fairs, and building relationships with candidates, schools, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for construction field and office positions
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce plans
• Meet or exceed hiring goals on a quarterly and annual basis
• Source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, Boolean searches, and networking groups
• Build talent pipelines through high schools, trade schools, colleges, and ISDs
