• Strong understanding of construction roles, job site culture, and trade skillsets.
• Experience building relationships in the local construction community.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and source skilled construction professionals including electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians.
• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate experience, certifications, and project background.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates in the local construction community.
• Partner with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs and project requirements
• Utilize job boards, referrals, networking, and field outreach to build talent pipelines
• Coordinate candidate submittals, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS/CRM system

As a recruiter with Talent Corps, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing top construction talent with leading contractors across the region.
