Overview

We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Recruiter/Sales Representative to join our client's team in Durham, NC. This role requires someone who can confidently source, interview, and screen trade professionals (laborers, technicians, foremen, supervisors, etc.) while also building strong relationships with candidates and clients. You will spend time both in the office and out in the field, visiting construction sites to prospect candidates and grow our network.

Responsibilities
