Job summary

Archetype Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Recruiter to support our workforce solutions team on large-scale construction and data center projects across the United States. • Experience with LinkedIn, job boards, ATS/CRM systems is a plus.
• Construction, data center, cable, or blue-collar recruiting experience is NOT required.

We are looking for a bilingual English/Spanish Recruiter to join our workforce solutions team supporting large-scale construction and data center projects across the United States.

This role will focus on sourcing, interviewing, vetting, and mobilizing construction and cable technicians. Previous construction, cable, or data center experience is not required — we are looking for someone with strong recruiting skills, communication abilities, and the drive to learn the industry.
