You will connect job seekers to PA CareerLink services, coordinate referrals, and document outcomes using CWDS while traveling across the region and supporting workshops and events.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for client-facing work and outreach.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing workforce or community-based projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect PA CareerLink services to individuals in community organizations where co-located.
• Represent PA CareerLink at community events and job fairs.
• Promote PA CareerLink services through presentations and outreach.
• Complete WIOA eligibility determination, enrollment, and case management with IEPs.
• Provide career counseling, resume development, and job search assistance.
• Coordinate referrals to training providers and apprenticeships; maintain caseloads.
• Document participant outcomes in CWDS and monitor performance metrics.
• Travel frequently within the Philadelphia region; occasional evenings/weekends.
