Job summary

EDSI in Philadelphia is seeking a Community Workforce Connector who is bilingual in English and Spanish to expand access to workforce services. You will connect job seekers with PA CareerLink, manage caseloads, and lead workshops and special initiatives across community partners.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel regionally; duties include data entry in CWDS and reporting, with occasional evenings or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Workforce Development, Human Services, Education, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with WIOA programs, case management, and community partnerships is preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently throughout the Philadelphia region and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Connect PA CareerLink services to individuals in community organizations.
• Represent PA CareerLink at events and job fairs to promote services.
• Complete WIOA eligibility determinations, enrollments, and IEPs.
• Provide career counseling, resume prep, interview coaching, and job search assistance.
• Coordinate referrals to training providers and support services; maintain active caseloads.
