Job summary

Project Access, Inc. seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to design and implement programs that enhance community life for residents in affordable housing communities.

You will connect residents with services, lead workshops, and build partnerships with local providers to deliver resources. The role is part-time (29 hrs/wk) at Triada Apartments in Santa Ana, CA, requiring bilingual English/Spanish, and experience with youth programs and diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields or a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Experience in after-school programs or educational settings for youth.
• Experience serving diverse populations with cultural competency.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Coordinate after-school and teen programs with homework help and enrichment activities.
• Plan, prepare, and facilitate resident-facing workshops and group sessions.
• Develop partnerships with local providers to deliver services and workshops.
• Plan community-building events and foster safe, meaningful relationships.
• Organize monthly outreach, door-to-door and digital efforts, and recruit volunteers.
• Publish monthly newsletters and track program outcomes data.
• Assist with budgets and authorize contractor funds when needed.
