Job summary

PORTFOLIO RESIDENT SERVICES INC is hiring a part-time Program Coordinator to support residents in affordable housing communities. You will implement CORES certified resident services focused on developing knowledge, skills, and healthy lifestyles.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision.
• Volunteer experience in social/non-profit settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between PRS and residents to foster a supportive community.
• Create and manage a monthly calendar of developmental activities and resources.
• Coordinate donations, volunteer recruitment, and community partnerships.
• Maintain sign-in sheets and program activity records for reporting.
