Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all housing community operations on-site, supervising staff, leasing, maintenance, finances, and risk management. You will manage schedules, ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines, and drive NOI through cost control and leasing improvements.

This role requires on-site leadership, strong communication, budget planning, and the ability to coordinate across maintenance, leasing, and administration while delivering

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and oversee leasing.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, and vendor invoices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Head emergency team and manage property emergencies within guidelines.
