Job summary

Brunel is seeking a Commissioning Project Coordinator for a long-term contract in the Phoenix area with a hybrid work-from-home arrangement and in-office flexibility. The role supports the Director of Commissioning by delivering regular project reports and dashboards, advancing data accuracy and stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years on major construction/commissioning projects, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong PowerBI/reporting skills to drive project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a major construction/commissioning project as administrative support.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience developing reports in PowerBI.
• Proficient with OneDrive, MS Teams, SharePoint and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support daily, weekly and monthly reports for projects.
• Track systems completion and readiness.
• Support project dashboards and progress tracking reports.
• Track and summarize project status and report out.
• Support commissioning procedures and documentation.
• Perform other duties as required.
