Williams Rush & Associates is seeking an experienced Third-Party Collection Specialist to join our Dallas team. You will negotiate and collect payments, handle inbound/outbound calls, and ensure accurate account documentation with a professional, empathetic approach.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of third-party collections experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and collection software.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in third-party collections.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Proven negotiation and sales skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.
• Proficient with MS Office and collection software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage outbound and inbound calls to recover outstanding balances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools and techniques to locate customers.
• Negotiate and set up payment arrangements with consumers and businesses.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA and internal policies.
