Qualifications

• Read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently.
• Customer service skills.
• Phone etiquette.
• General computer knowledge.
• Google Sheets and/or Excel knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Recover unemployment insurance overpayment debt for citizens and employers.
• Manage all aspects of debt collection: calls, notices, correspondence, and payment arrangements.
• Handle credit card payments and prepare documents for bankruptcies or litigation as needed.
• May perform duties in Spanish when applicable.
