The position requires three years of relevant experience or an education/experience mix, and may involve Spanish language work. A hybrid work arrangement is available, with some duties performed on-site as needed.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of relevant experience in related work.
• Or a combination of related education and experience totaling three years.
• Experience with credit card collections or debt recovery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recover Unemployment Insurance overpayment debt and manage accounts.
• Make and answer calls, manage notices, and document interactions.
• Handle Spanish language duties when applicable and perform related tasks.
