Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in lending or collections.
• Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Act, litigation process, bankruptcy and repossession.

Responsibilities

• Contact members to resolve delinquencies and document actions.
• Maintain accurate records of contact and actions taken on each delinquent account.
• Post payments and issue required repossession notifications.
• Meet with Collections Manager to review results and get guidance on difficult accounts.
• Cross-train in related departments as needed.
