• Delivers exceptional service to customers and prospects and identifies financial solutions in customers' best interests.
• Leads needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and identify opportunities across banking channels.
• Recommends tailored solutions (everyday banking, lending, home financing, investments) and guides customers to digital/self-serve options.
• Supports transactions and builds relationships through community outreach and cross-channel collaboration.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and bank risk policies while maintaining data accuracy.
