Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and register patients in the electronic system.
• Verify program eligibility with government or insurance plans.
• Collect payments and operate cash register with an accurate till.
• Hear and resolve patient complaints or route them appropriately.
• Schedule, confirm, and process appointments.
• Perform general office duties like sorting mail, filing, and photocopying.
• Retrieve and enter data into medical records system.
• Assist patients in completing forms.
