Responsibilities

• Supervise clinic office staff and oversee business operations.
• Manage on-site tech issues and track trouble tickets.
• Oversee interpreter ordering for scheduling staff and students.
• Be first contact for scheduling concerns and insurance issues.
• Manage reception, appointments, and patient balances.
• Assist with computer system training and maintain patient database.
• Collaborate with clinic director and staff to coordinate educational experiences.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure a professional office environment.
