Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred.
• Experience in customer service or client support.
• Ability to communicate clearly and resolve issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality service to Paychex clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues.
• Follows up on outstanding items to ensure completion within SLA.
• Uses systems and software like HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
• Develops basic working knowledge of one or more Paychex products.
• Performs data input with strong prioritization and organization.
• Documents all client interactions.
