Gartner, Inc. is seeking upcoming university graduates fluent in French and English to join our Client Success team. You will onboard clients, demonstrate Gartner services, and foster engagement across large client teams.

The role targets associates who can surface client priorities and connect them with Gartner resources to drive value and retention. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 6+ months of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6+ months relevant professional/internship experience.
• Proven track record of delighting clients.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
• Bilingual in English & French.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients across IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Sales to ensure successful Gartner subscription usage.
• Deliver value to decision makers and drive growth by introducing Gartner services and capabilities.
• Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to provide best-in-class service.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive service delivery and results, share best practices and design solutions.
• Leverage insights and metrics to drive ongoing client engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth.
