Ideal candidates have strong communication skills in English and Spanish, experience in customer service, and proficiency with CRM software and MS Office. This role requires a detail-oriented, empathetic, and organized approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, client relations, or account management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive client situations with empathy and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from members.
• Resolve account, reservation, and billing questions on first contact where possible.
• Identify and present club services and upgrade opportunities to members.
• Document interactions accurately in our systems.
• Escalate complex issues with clear, complete notes.
