• Escalate complex issues with clear, complete notes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or account management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle sensitive client situations with empathy, professionalism, and discretion
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Experience in financial services, debt resolution, or hospitality industries is a plus
• Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written
