Job summary

Employnet Workforce Management is seeking a friendly Bilingual Member Services Call Center Representative to join our Sacramento team. This onsite role handles inbound calls from members, explains coverage, eligibility, benefits, and services, and records accurate notes in our systems.

You will work to resolve questions with internal teams and maintain professionalism while assisting both Spanish- and English-speaking members.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and English communication.
• Minimum 6 months in customer service or call center roles.
• Strong verbal and listening skills.
• Ability to research information and document interactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle a steady volume of inbound calls from members and provide knowledgeable, courteous assistance.
• Help members understand questions related to coverage, eligibility, benefits, and services.
• Investigate customer questions using internal systems to determine resolution.
• Enter detailed notes and update customer records after each interaction.
• Track and manage member requests through a CRM or ticketing system.
• Collaborate with internal departments and supervisors for research/resolution.
• Transfer or escalate calls when appropriate.
• Place outbound calls for follow-up or additional information.
• Follow established procedures and quality standards.
• Protect confidential member information and maintain professionalism.
