Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Promptly contact clients upon receiving live transfers from our intake department.
• Appointment Coordination: Schedule treatment appointments within 24 hours and confirm attendance.
• Documentation: Request and file police reports, initiate claims, and send Letters of Representation to insurers.
• Case Management: Maintain organized case files for 2-3 weeks and ensure actions are completed.
• Promotion: Promote the firm’s services to all clients.

• Documentation: Request and file police reports, initiate claims, and send Letters of Representation (LOR) to insurance companies.
• Case Management: Maintain organized case files for 2-3 weeks, ensuring all necessary actions are completed efficiently.
• Promotion: Effectively communicate and promote the firm’s services to all clients.

What You Need

• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is strongly preferred.
• Customer Support Background:strong track record of providing top tier customer service is required.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain organized case files.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (2 years required) and familiarity with FileVine or other case management systems (preferred).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
