Western Growers is seeking a Client Service Representative I to support enrollment, implementation and education for WGAT and PCMI health benefit plans. You will educate participants, conduct bilingual group presentations, and coordinate with vendors to resolve benefits inquiries.

The role includes enrollment verification, organizing open enrollment events, and maintaining detailed records in CTSR tools. Occasional travel around the U.S. is required, with emphasis on California and Arizona.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Fluency in Spanish required; able to use Spanish for up to 70% of the time.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Educate newly enrolled and existing plan participants on health plan and ancillary benefits at group locations via phone or virtual platforms.
• Conduct group benefits presentations in English and Spanish for WGAT and PCMI participants.
• Interface with third party vendors/providers to communicate and educate them on WGAT/PCMI benefits and programs.
• Provide one-on-one support to address applicant concerns or questions.
• Serve as the primary contact for questions regarding benefits utilization.
• Assist with enrollment of participants and verify enrollment paperwork for accuracy.
• Prepare and organize group service meetings and open enrollment events.
• Research and respond to participant benefit questions using the CT SR system and CTSR web-based tools.
• Document services including enrollments, meetings, events, and calls; generate reports and suggest process improvements.
