Job summary

Konare Law is a boutique immigration firm focused on removal defense. We seek a Client Services Coordinator who will be the first voice for Spanish-speaking clients and support intake, retainer agreements, and billing with our attorneys and office manager.

You will greet clients in English and Spanish, manage calls on a multi-line system, and ensure timely follow-up while upholding strict client confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a professional office setting.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in English and Spanish and serve as first point of contact.
• Manage incoming calls on a multi-line system and ensure timely follow-up.
• Follow up with potential clients on a 30-day cycle.
• Prepare retainer agreements and quotes under attorney supervision.
• Collect retainer down-payments during client onboarding and update records.
• Schedule meetings and manage office communications.
• Process invoices and support billing accuracy while maintaining confidentiality.
