Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication is required.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and answer calls daily.
• Answer client questions regarding their claim.
• Process new client files for PI/First Party.
• Enter data into case management systems (SmartAdvocate).
• Verify information with clients (insurance, demographics, facts).
• Set up meetings with field reps/attorneys.
• Notify attorneys and managers of file assignments and time-sensitive tasks.
• Follow up with pending leads until retention.
• Coordinate with doctor offices and assist with initial appointments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
