Heard and Smith, LLP seeks a Bilingual Client Service Specialist (Spanish, English) in a full-time, on-site role in San Antonio. You will support clients through the claims process in a call center setting, maintaining confidentiality and delivering exceptional service.

Requirements include fluent Spanish and English, a high school diploma (degree preferred), and experience in customer service and call centers.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish and English) communication skills required.
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in call center environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work full-time, Mon-Fri, with standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Take approximately 50-75 calls per day in a professional call center environment.
• Build relationships with clients and maintain confidence in the firm with each interaction.
• Focus on client retention by delivering excellent service.
• Maintain a quality score of 90% or higher on calls.
• Retain and recall SSA policies and company procedures.
