Requirements include a high school diploma, fluency in Spanish and English, weekends availability, and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to the company.
• Handle all incoming mail and high-volume calls.
• Assist in scheduling all attorney calendars.
• Greet and assist walk-in clients with completing consultation forms.
• Organize and file legal documents.
• Take payments and manage client invoices.
• Detail-oriented and interpersonal skills.
• Other duties as requested.
