Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Assess customers' banking needs and educate them on deposit and loan products.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service technologies.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies and support systems.
