Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in business-level proficiency of Spanish language and English.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide counsel.
• Adopt a digital-first mindset to recommend digital banking solutions.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Proactively educate clients on emerging self-service digital products and services.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients accurately and efficiently.
