DM Injury Law is seeking a bilingual Client Intake Specialist (Customer Support) to be the first contact for prospective clients, guiding them through next steps and coordinating with the legal team. This role emphasizes careful listening, rapport building, and efficient intake in a fast-paced firm.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and text, routing to attorneys, and maintaining confidential records.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, call center, sales, or client-facing roles.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of follow-through.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients (phone, email, text).
• Gather basic information using call guidelines to assess fit (no legal advice required).
