Matt Fendon Law Group seeks a dynamic Intake Paralegal with a sales mindset to convert inquiries into clients. This client-facing role blends customer service with a sales advantage, supporting injured workers seeking legal help.

You will engage potential clients across in-person, phone, and email channels, qualifying cases and guiding them through the intake process with empathy and clear communication. Spanish/English bilingual required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer service or client relations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality service.
• Strong organizational skills and tech-savviness with CRM systems.
• Bilingual: Spanish/English.
• Prior intake experience with strong sales background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and explain legal services.
• Speak with potential clients in-person, by phone, and email.
• Ask qualifying questions to identify good cases and those needing further development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential new clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Assist clients through initial stages of their case with empathy and support.
• Input client information accurately into the case management system.
• Collaborate with attorneys to provide accurate information on potential clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Seek opportunities to improve sales strategies and client interactions.
