Job Duck LLC is seeking a compassionate Intake Specialist to support a legal practice by handling inquiries, gathering information, and ensuring leads are accurately documented in the CRM. You will serve as a first point of contact, helping prospective clients feel heard and supported while collecting details for case evaluation.

Work is remote within the United States with standard hours; bilingual English/Spanish preferred and prior intake or legal support experience is advantageous.

Competenze

• Experience in client intake, customer service, administrative support, or a legal environment preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to learn new software/workflows quickly.
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and accurate documentation required.
