Job summary

PNC in Wellington, FL is seeking a Client Experience Associate to deliver a differentiated customer experience across multiple branches. You will educate customers on financial options, promote digital tools, and refer opportunities to branch staff to meet banking needs.

Preferred bilingual Spanish speakers will help enhance service and loyalty as you support proactive sales and daily branch operations in a dynamic retail banking environment.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically do not require a university / college degree, high school diploma or GED, however may require related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
• Typically <1 year of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s) and experience (including military service) may be considered.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
