Job summary

PNC is seeking a Client Experience Associate to join the Retail organization in The Woodlands, TX. This in-office role involves delivering a differentiated customer experience, educating customers on financial options, and identifying branch opportunities to enhance loyalty.

You will engage customers through lobby activities and referrals, leveraging technology to facilitate transactions and resolve issues while upholding policy and risk guidelines.

Qualifications

• No university degree required; related experience may suffice.
• No required certifications or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers and refers as appropriate to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer's problems.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures and ensures branch operations are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Supports proactive sales conversations through a defined Sales process to elevate client loyalty.
• Supports customer loyalty and helps to grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
