The ideal candidate will help identify banking opportunities, educate customers on digital tools, and support sales processes while maintaining accurate branch operations. Spanish language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically do not require a university / college degree, high school diploma or GED, however may require related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
• Spanish Speaking preferred as a benefit and language consideration may apply when engaging customers.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Identifies opportunities through conversations with customers and refers to branch staff as appropriate.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products, educating on digital options.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Ensures teller and branch daily operations are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Supports proactive sales conversations through defined processes to elevate client loyalty.
