We're looking for a full-time Bilingual Client Experience Agent to serve as a trusted guide for prospective and existing clients by creating a welcoming and supportive experience throughout the client journey. Working closely with Attorneys and Case Managers, you will ensure seamless client communication, coordinate consultations, maintain accurate client information, and address client needs in a timely and professional manner.
