Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients and partners with excellent service.
Handle inbound calls and provide information on services and fees.
Monitor dashboards daily and follow up with caregivers and clients.
On-call responsibilities every other month.
Update and review care plans and document changes.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with the care plan.
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, uploading, copying, or faxing.
Participate in staff trainings and meetings.
