Responsibilities

• Organize and execute training sessions at assigned branches.
• Process walk-in applicants, ensuring data is entered correctly and maintain a detailed log.
• Schedule applicants for interviews and training, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Follow up on all scheduled applicants on the orientation calendar.
• Complete and file all required documentation in digital and physical formats.
• Set up caregiver availability in AxisCare and assist with app installations.
• Ensure caregivers clock IN and OUT on AxisCare.
• Enroll caregivers in direct deposit portal or Wisely Card and guide system use.
• Serve as primary point of contact for applicants and new hires.
• Facilitate intake process, verify certifications, and communicate compliance requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain compliance logs for certifications and renewals.
• Communicate policies including No Call No Show, HIPAA, and Code of Conduct.
• Maintain organized filing systems for training records and HR documents.
• Respond promptly to inquiries about training or employment information.
• Update applicant and caregiver spreadsheets daily.
• Document caregiver availability in AxisCare.
• Submit timely reports, populate spreadsheets, and update onboarding records.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure tasks meet professional standards.
• Provide exceptional service and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with branch managers and client coordinators on onboarding progress.
