Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Dedicated Client Liaison to support our clients’ employee benefits programs.

You will manage inquiries and coordinate services to ensure accurate, timely responses and effective resolutions. You will work with client teams to understand benefit packages, absence management, PFMLs, disability programs, accommodations, and related Sun Life services, translating complex information into clear guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support intake, coordination, and resolution of inquiries, issues, and service requests related to the Client’s employee benefits package.
• Absence, PFMLs, short- and long-term disability, accommodation services, and other Sun Life benefits offered to the Client.
• Translate employee benefits expertise into practical, workplace solutions for clients.
