Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Dedicated Client Liaison to support intake, coordination, and resolution of inquiries related to employee benefits. The role requires fluent Spanish, collaboration with Client HR/benefits teams, and occasional on-site attendance at Client facilities.

You will guide benefits administration, assist with claims, and support return-to-work and EOI processes. Travel is expected ~10% annually as business needs dictate.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 3+ years of related experience.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish required.
• Experience administering disability and absence programs.
• Knowledge of group insurance products and paid leave administration.
• Strong customer service, communication, and data interpretation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients by coordinating inquiries, issues, and service requests related to benefit programs.
• Collaborate with HR/benefits, payroll, and managers to provide guidance and training on Sun Life services.
• Manage and resolve inquiries to client satisfaction and track progress in Sun Life systems.
• Assist with benefit claims submissions and monitor progression.
