Job summary

ABCD delivers its programs and services through a network of neighborhood sites located throughout Boston and Malden. As a Client Advocate, you will handle direct case management services to clients currently at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Line who live in Boston, Malden, Medford, and Everett at a neighborhood site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Bilingual Russian is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain case management files and provide supportive services and referrals.
• Conduct intake and assist clients in establishing educational and occupational goals.
• Develop relationships with organizations to expand placement opportunities.
• Identify needed support services and refer clients to programs.
