Summit Insurance Group, Inc. is seeking a Claim Operations Associate II – Translation to support our claims teams by translating documents and providing verbal interpretation for non-English-speaking stakeholders.

This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and service excellence while collaborating with internal partners. The position focuses on English-Spanish translation, ensuring timely, precise communications with injured workers, providers, employers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide verbal interpretation services for claim-related calls, meetings, and communications.
• Assist claims professionals and business partners in communicating with non-English-speaking customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure translations are accurate, timely, and consistent with industry terminology.
• Document translated communications within claim management systems as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive claim and medical information.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support efficient claim processing and resolution.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Participate in training, process improvement initiatives, and other departmental projects as assigned.
