• Bi-lingual English and a second language is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Case Managers with essential paperwork and documentation.
• Provide case management services and coordinate referrals.
• Ensure child safety while in care and attend court hearings as required.
• Maintain contact with schools and community organizations for case updates.
• Accompany youth to immigration hearings or procedures as requested.
• Schedule medical and dental appointments and assist with follow-up.
