Bethany Christian Services USA LLC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Transitional Foster Care Case Manager to support youth and families within the Refugee & Immigrant Program. You will coordinate initial intake, arrange essential services, and collaborate with therapists and educators to promote the well-being of children in care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, or a Social Services field from an accredited college.
• Child welfare/case management knowledge.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred; experience with refugee/immigrant pop. is a plus.
• Must pass medical examinations and immunization requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and minimum 3 years driving in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Complete trauma-focused initial intake assessment within 24 hours of arrival.
• Ensure youth receive mandated services including mental health, medical, education, and others.
• Maintain accurate foster child records and comply with documentation standards.
• Lead treatment team with the youth’s therapist.
• Attend weekly meetings with the treatment team and stakeholders.
• Support foster parents with ongoing education and services.
• Attend required court hearings when applicable.
• Transport clients as needed and refer families to community resources.
• Stay updated on agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements.
