Job summary

Bethany Christian Services is seeking a Bilingual Family Strengthening Case Manager in Lisle, IL. Responsibilities include home visits, case coordination, and connection to community resources to prevent family crisis and foster safety. The role requires flexibility, court involvement, and regional travel.

The position emphasizes engagement with diverse families, documentation, and adherence to applicable laws and policies to keep children safe and families supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or Social Work with 3+ years in child and family welfare.
• Master’s degree in Social Work preferred with 2+ years in a child welfare setting.
• CWEL and CERAP certification must be obtained after hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits and flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• Coordinate with families and stakeholders on medical, educational, and mental health resources.
• Perform ongoing case management under state/federal rules and timelines.
• Attend court hearings and file required documents timely.
• Travel regionally and maintain client safety, permanency, and well‑being.
